Answer: (d) 1, 2 and 3
Funding, maps and language: DILRMP is 100% Central, digitises cadastral maps and makes the Record of Rights readable in any scheduled language.
Statement by statement
1. ✓ CORRECT Since 2016 DILRMP is a Central Sector scheme, fully funded by the Centre.
2. ✓ CORRECT Cadastral maps (plot-level maps) are digitised and linked to the Record of Rights.
3. ✓ CORRECT Land records are being made readable in any of the 22 scheduled languages.
The idea
DILRMP also gives each plot a ULPIN — a 14-digit Unique Land Parcel Identification Number (the “Aadhaar for land”).
Why the others are wrong
(a) Drops the language initiative — assuming land records stay in the local script. Transliteration makes a plot’s record readable across States, which matters for ULPIN.
(b) Drops the funding statement because most schemes are 60:40. DILRMP became a Central Sector scheme (100%) in 2016.
(c) Drops the maps statement — yet digitised cadastral maps are the heart of DILRMP.
The trap
“100% funding” feels too generous, since most schemes are 60:40. DILRMP became fully central in 2016.
🔒 DILRMP: 100% Central · digitised cadastral maps + Records of Rights · ULPIN · records in any scheduled language.
