Waterfalls of India: asked and not asked.

UPSC has asked 5 of these 28. 0 came more than once. 23 have not come yet. Lock the repeated ones first, then read the rest.

First, the concept

A waterfall forms where a river drops over a hard rock edge, a fault, or the edge of a plateau.

Most big falls of India are on the edges of the Western Ghats, the Chotanagpur plateau and the Vindhyan scarps of Rewa and Mirzapur.

UPPCS asks a waterfall with its river or its state. The falls of Uttar Pradesh come in the UP special questions.
