First, the concept

Separate the platform from its weapon: an aircraft can carry a missile, and a submarine can carry a ballistic missile. Indigenous construction and foreign design assistance can coexist.

Defence bodies have different roles in research, production and operation. Pair exercise names with the partner country and service.
