- The National Divyangjan Finance and Development Corporation (NDFDC) is a public sector organisation set up by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs as a not-for-profit company to promote entrepreneurship among Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).

Statement by statement
1. ✗ WRONG — the Act is of 2016 The RPwD Act is of 2016 (in force April 2017). The rest is accurate: 4% reservation in government jobs, 5% in higher education, accessibility duties.
2. ✓ CORRECT The Accessible India Campaign (2015) works on three pillars: built environment, transport, and ICT.
3. ✗ WRONG — Social Justice & Empowerment NDFDC (1997) is a not-for-profit company under the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (Department of Empowerment of PwDs). Corporate Affairs only registers companies.
The idea
RPwD Act 2016 raised recognised disabilities from 7 to 21, raised job reservation from 3% to 4%, and created the Chief Commissioner and State Commissioners for PwDs. The official 2026 key comes after the final result; this is our answer.

(a) Statement 1 has the wrong year (2016, not 2018).
